Mr. Kondyles has more than 40 years in the Tier 1 Automotive OEM Business; Primarily in the Brake Corner and Chassis Controls Industry. He is currently a consultant with Efficacy Solutions LLC with specialization Business Process Improvements for Small to Medium organizations with expertise in industrial and administration corporate environments. Assisting small to midsize businesses to decrease waste by identifying and removing inefficiencies. Using "TIM WOODS" principles of waste reductions with tools such as "Value Stream-Mapping" and the like. He helps organizations identify and document instances of the wastes and inefficiencies in their processes and generate systemic plans for reducing them. He has led Global Development, Validation, and Industrialization of many Brake system Applications and Launch teams for multiple OEM Automotive platforms. For the past 10 years Mr. Kondyles has led New Business Development and Launch Teams with Continental Automotive with a focus on industrialization and launch of the e-Brake modules. Previously with Continental and formerly ITT Automotive, he led Engineering Teams as the Chief Engineer for Brake Corner and Suspension modules, Base Brakes as well as Brake Boosters and Master Cylinder Assemblies and their supporting componentry. He has worked with hundreds of suppliers to the Automotive Industry as well as virtually all OEM’s around the Globe. His career has taken him extensively throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia and Japan. Throughout these experiences has witnessed the many global strategies and operations for organizational set-ups, methodologies and manufacturing concepts. Mr. Kondyles has led many Training and Instruction seminars in the areas of Lean Organizations, 5S methodologies and Launch Management. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Operations from Lawrence Technological University, has been a 40-year member of SAE and also earned the SME Certification in Manufacturing Engineering.
